Washington - Resident Commissioner Jenniffer González believes this summer there will be a picture of the reconstruction process in Puerto Rico, not only because of the recovery plan that the government will have to submit to Congress, but also because the use of the $20 billion -already allocated through the CDBG Program- will be defined.
