KISSIMMEE, Florida - With a passionate call for the Puerto Rican diaspora in Central Florida to stand up, register and vote in favor of Puerto Rico’s friends, while punishing those who turned their backs on the island, Governor Ricardo Rosselló reconfigured yesterday his lobbying, in a face-to-face and more personal effort, seeking to move the federal arm in favor of Puerto Ricans.
